Our General Terms and Conditions Terms of Sale

All our stamps are guaranteed authentic, of very high quality, and unhinged (unless otherwise indicated).

The numbers are generally those from the Yvert & Tellier catalog.

Single stamps, starting at €150, can be signed upon request.

Any other authentication will be at the buyer's expense.

The prices offered on this website are net prices including VAT in euros.

The products offered are those listed on the online sales website: www.philatelie-berck.com

Some stamps or sets—available in multiple copies—may differ slightly from those shown in the image, but will be of equivalent quality.

The photographs on the website are as accurate as possible, but are not contractual.

Orders - Shipping Orders can be placed: - by email, by telephone, by mail, or at our store.

Orders will be processed and shipped via registered mail, or by declared value upon request for an additional fee.

Of course, purchasing directly from the store will save you shipping costs!

If a product does not match the description, we will replace it or refund you upon its return as soon as possible. Stamps sold in lots cannot be verified and are therefore neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Photographs, texts, and information are not contractual. In case of dispute, the Paris courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
